Success from Seminars ...

Our seminar events continue to generate good quality enquiries with a high proportion of attendees converted to using virtual filing within a month and others purchasing systems as the year progressed. Not all attendees end up becoming clients, but these partly promotional, partly educational events are a great opportunity to find out how other successful firms have managed to reduce their paper mountains with our unique approach.

Although most of our new clients initially came to us principally to save space, a recent survey of users after one year showed that it is the speed of accessing their documents that makes the biggest difference. Gartner Consultants have also been doing some more statistically based work study in this area and have found ‘knowledge’ based workers spend an average four hours a week! Just searching for information (that’s us professionals). TIME IS MONEY! So you can expect to save much more, much quicker in you and your staff’s precious time, not to mention the acres of office space that our solutions are saving our clients every year.

Recent systems to be installed include Aberdein Considine and Jamieson Solicitors (both of Aberdeen), Harper Macleod (Glasgow), BSkyB (Livingston), Croner UK (Hinkley) and Prospect Legal (Bromley).

Although archival scanning will continue to be the mainstay of most firms activities, many of our legal clients are continuing to expand their scanning activities by capturing direct to their back-office Case Management systems. Our own ImageBrowser scanning software fully supports direct integration to LawWare, Pilgrim Systems' LawSoft, VisualFiles/SolCase and Partnersoft .... And we are always looking for other opportunities.
